Monitor device fault, availability, and performance

SolarWinds® Observability uses SNMP monitoring to poll the management information bases (MIBs) on your devices to obtain critical performance metrics. With the SNMP monitoring tools, you can monitor network fault, availability, and performance of all compatible devices with the ability to create a customer monitor to poll an object identifier (OID) for devices not supported out-of-the-box.

Automatically discover network devices

With the insights gained from the SNMP performance statistics, admins can better optimize and troubleshoot network device performance.

Other protocols

SolarWinds Observability (formerly known as Orion) monitors any device using syslog, SNMP, ICMP, API, or WMI—especially effective with SAM for Windows servers.
